Whisper Ridge

Madeline is our youngest standard. She is out of our Willie and our Princess. Madeline finished her AKC championship in 2009. She easily earned her CGC and has her Rally Novice title.
Madeline has inherited her dam's affectionate nature as well as her sire's eagerness to please. She is very agile and athletic. We are eager to see how she'll perform in agility.
Madeline has good shoulder angulation both in her shoulder and upper arm. She has a moderate rear, good tail set, level topline, good chest, and is square. She has a dense black coat.
Madeline is now living with her co-owner Melody Newberry and is being shown in Junior Handling by her new buddy Sarah Newberry. They make quite a team. With Sarah handling her in conformation, Madeline earned 9 points; three 3 point majors, towards her Grand Champion title in the summer of 2010. Sarah showed Madeline in a HCC against professional handlers to earn the Grand Champion points. We hope to continue the wins in the Alaska summer circuit in 2011. Sarah and Madeline also teamed up in Junior Handling to move up from Novice to Open Juniors in 2010.

Rose is a cream girl out of our Maggie (CH Kallista's Kenai Princess CD NA NAJ NJP NAP CGC) and Tanner (CH Kimber's Believe In Your Dream). Rose has a sweet, loving nature. 
Rose's 2008 litter with Eli (CH Mojave Rose King Of The Road) produced puppies with outstanding temperaments and correct conformation. Two of her get  started their show careers with one finishing quickly in Canada and another pointed with a major.
Rose easily earned her Rally Novice title. Rose is a happy dog in the ring although she'd rather play than perform!  
Faults: Rose has very brown stained teeth. Her first litter resulted in some of the puppies having slightly stained teeth. Otherwise the teeth  and dentition are healthy. The staining is on the surface and does not affect the health of the teeth. The staining seems to be an inherited trait, not caused by disease.
Rose is retired from breeding.

Princess is our breeding out of our Maggie (CH Kallista's Kenai Princess CD NA NAJ NAP NJP CGC) and George (CH Oakwind's Time To Burn UD RA JH MX OAP MXJ NJP). Princess is an affectionate dog with tremendous athletic ability. 
Princess produced four wonderful litters with our Willie.  Two of their get earned their AKC breed championship as well as Rally and CGC titles.
Description:
Princess is a dominant black. She is 22 inches at the shoulder and very square. Her coat is dense, curly with good texture. At five years of age Princess still has an inky black coat. Her conformation is good. She has good shoulder layback and good rear angulation. Princess moves well and freely. Her chest is both deep and well sprung. She has a very feminine face. Overall she's a very balanced dog.Faults: Princess is a bit wide in the back skull.
Princess is retired from breeding.
